- Ensure Air Freight Customs Service staff will perform their jobs properly
- Ensure customs, BOI and other governmental regulations / laws are strictly followed and applied
- Monitor the cost and outlays of shipping staff
- Solve the impasses custom clearance issue with customs authorities and government office
- Cooperate with Sales department and assist to make sales calls to customer including attend meeting with new and existing customer
- Support to resolve problems and improve services from Customer's queries
- Other tasks as assigned
- Workplace Area: Bangna Trad KM 19
- Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) (1/2 Every Saturday (Probation Period)/ 2 Saturday after probation period.)
- Thai nationality, Male/female, age between 26-35 years old
- Bachelor or Master degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years within the customs clearance and air freight will be advantage
- Highly analytical skill and result-oriented
- Good command in English especially in communication and negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
- Good personality with leadership and be able to organize good team work
- Strong background and have in-depth knowledge of customs, BOI and other government
- Import/export formalities
