หลายองค์กร มีสีประจำองค์กร ผมเด็ก ตจว มุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน เริ่มจาก production เรียนรู้งานใหม่ ทุกๆ 2-3 ปี ในช่วง 15 ปี ดูแลงานมา 5 รูปแบบ จนมาเรียนรู้งานการตลาด ในตำแหน่งสุดท้าย คือ Product development manager เป็นงานที่ชอบ และสนุก จากเงินเดือน 13,600 บาท จนถึง 120,000 บาท สวัสดิการและโบนัสดีมากครับ แต่อาจจะมีข้อเสียเรื่อง อายุบุคคลกรเฉลี่ยสูง การปรับขององค์กรจะช้าหากต้องแข่งขัน และความอิสระเมื่ออยู่ในกลุ่ม PTT
