Job Summary

Build M Loyalty growth by managing M- Loyalty program campaign and communication to achieve M Loyalty KPI

Job Description:

1.) Initiate and lead the execution of lifecycle loyalty campaign start from idea, communication, track and report including offline and online channel
2.) Identify and analyze consumer insight from each of consumer segment to better developed and insightful contents & communications
3.) Lead cross function including internal (media team/data analytic & digitization team) and external (digital agencies / media agencies ( in some cases ) / platform developer ( in some cases )
4.) Manage and optimize customer loyalty programs to reward and retain high-value customers, driving repeat purchases and brand advocacy.
5.) To initiate strong art direction & creative idea to make the campaign more impact and unique for both above the line and below the line.
6.) Work closely with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Activation Team, Sale team, Customer service) to align campaign and perfect execution
7.) Support SKU M-150 and work closely with Trade marketing to capture channel requirements and suggest campaign
