Job Summary

This is an entry level research position in product formulations. Require a motivated individual that demonstrates strong collaboration and communication skills. Mainly activities include bench formulation work, analytical formulation property and stability work. Also responsible for data entry, documentations, and informs supervisor of issue. Interacts directly with technician, senior executive and head of level.

Job Description:

1.) Develops new products or reformulated existing formulation include design and ensure product shelf life. Explore and research new raw materials and process technology to apply in innovation products.2.) Performs lab batch according to assigned by supervisor to meet requirement, specification, and provide technical input for designing scaling-up process to fit with pilot and manufacturing facilities/capabilities3.) Involves first production to ensure product quality is met specification. Identify the root cause of any issues in first production and manufacturing according to assigned by supervisor.4.) Manages equipment and overall area of laboratory following the company’s safety guideline i.e. calibration of all equipment and instrument, raw material management and storage.5.) Works with cross functional team and communicates effectively6.) Prepare and support documents related to R&D work to other functions e.g. BOM, Specifications, Reports, etc.
