Key Responsibility:

New Product Ideation and Development:

• Collaborate with buyers and supplier to prepare new product protocol, Preparing for product formulation, Product specification, product prototype and product sample.
• Support Manager for preparing related document and report to ensure the right execution of New Product Development (For example, prototype, formulation, taste, claims with customer satisfaction,, production process and capability, product quality, and equipment).

Recipe Development and Innovation:

• Provide and keep update related document to Recipe Development and Innovation process.
• Summary quality report and collaborative with cross functional team to solve related problem.

Administrative:

• PR.PO open through the system ORACLE ERP
• NPD tracking sales & margin
• Coordinate, manage and strive to cross functional team and related parties to complete the assignments altogether.
• Handle administrative task to support team members.
• Prepare and summarizing KPI weekly/monthly reports
