Department Manager – E-Commerce Trade Plan
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)Key Responsibility:
- Online Campaign initiative to drive sales and customer.
- Analyze campaign work with number and can translate to plan.
- Translate trade marketing and campaign briefs into actionable execution plans; communicate clearly with platform operation, work end to end process for campaign execution
- Voucher and coupon planning and performance tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Initiative and create campaign and monthly incentive program to store.
- Release promotional updates for coupons mechanic, including barcodes, mechanics, and other related campaign details.
- Analyze competitor activities using app data, web insights, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Verify that campaign launches align with briefs and are correctly executed across all platforms.
- Post-mortem campaign evaluation
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and urgent requests across teams and platforms (e.g., Email, LINE, Microsoft Teams).
