Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, fire protection, and building systems.

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Assign tasks and supervise technicians and external contractors.

• Conduct regular inspections and promptly resolve technical issues.

• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to reduce operating costs.

• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and mall policies.

• Coordinate with tenants and other departments regarding engineering and maintenance services.

• Support emergency response and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in a shopping mall, hotel, or commercial building.

• Supervisory experience and strong technical troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety.

• Able to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when required.
