About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor (Production) to join our manufacturing team at our facility in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective production operations. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and leading your team to achieve operational targets. This role is integral to our manufacturing success and directly contributes to our commitment to delivering high-quality products on schedule.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained

• Monitoring production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

• Managing and motivating production team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the production floor

• Conducting regular safety briefings and promoting a strong safety culture amongst the team

• Liaising between production staff and management to communicate objectives, updates, and concerns

• Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key performance indicators

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction within production operations

• Responding promptly to production issues and implementing corrective actions as needed

• Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and reporting maintenance requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience related to operational control.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, minimum 5 years.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

• Experience with production planning software or manufacturing systems is advantageous

• Physical fitness to perform duties on the production floor and ability to work in a manufacturing environment

• Language proficiency in both English and Thai is preferred
