Job Description
  • แนะนำสินค้า และบริการตาม Life Style การใช้งานของลูกค้า เช่น Application หรือ บริการเสริมใหม่ของบริษัท
แนะนำและ Consult Promotion/Package ที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาโทรศัพท์ใช้งานไม่ได้ เช่น ระงับบริการเพราะมียอดค้างชำระ, ใช้งานเกินวงเงิน, ปัญหาสัญญาณ
อธิบายรายละเอียดใบแจ้งค่าใช้บริการ เช่น ยอดสูง การคำนวณค่าใช้บริการ
การรับเรื่องดูแลค่าใช้จ่าย และปรับปรุงค่าใช้บริการ
มีทักษะในการเสนอขายในเชิงที่ปรึกษา
