Hands-on Engineering leader responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and protection of the hotel property and assets. Lead Engineering and maintenance operations, including hotel facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards, as well as health, safety, security, environmental, HACCP, and Fire & Life Safety requirements. Manage outsourced contractors and ensure maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Conduct and follow up on brand, safety, statutory, and engineering audits to ensure compliance. Collaborate with all hotel departments to resolve maintenance issues promptly, minimize operational disruptions, and ensure guest and employee safety. Support the hotel's operational efficiency, sustainability, and business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5years' Engineering experience in a 4–5 star hotel, including senior leadership. Strong knowledge of hotel engineering, preventive maintenance, and facility management. Experience managing teams, contractors, projects, and budgets. Knowledge of Accor/Mövenpick standards, Fire & Life Safety, HACCP, and statutory requirements. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and compliance skills. Good understanding of sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost management. Thai Nationality.
