ข้อสังเกต - วัฒนธรรมแบบ SME สมัยเก่า - รูปแบบงานและวิธีการยังมีการวางแผนที่น้อย Roadmap และ Strategy ไม่ชัดเจน - การดูแลพนักงานและการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กรค่อนช้างน้อยมาก(HRM ค่อนข้างโบราณ) - แผนพัฒนาพนักงานและความก้าวหน้าในงานค่อนข้างน้อยมาก (HRD ค่อนข้างโบราณ) - Micro manage ที่ชอบ - มีระบบช่วยเหลือที่ใช้ภายในที่ดีและแทบไม่มีการใช้กระดาษ - เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบทำงานและมีสังคมหลังเวลางานกับคนในที่ทำงาน - ไม่ทำงานผ่านไลน์ส่วนตัว
