- Understand packaging quality testing and evaluation criteria.
- Be able to analyze competitors' packaging and suggest improvements for our packaging.
- Be able to manage project timeline and coordinate with multiple internal and external parties (e.g. product development team, packaging designers, supplier, QA/QC, purchasing).
- Be able to develop cost savings plan.

- Be fluent in business English for communicating with overseas suppliers.
- Have experience working with suppliers for printed paper/ stickers and plastic bottles/ tubes/ cases before.
- The candidate who has experience with sustainable/ recycled material sourcing for cosmetics and personal care products will be especially considered.
