Create, develop and conduct training course, especially soft skill. Build training engagement and ensure the effectiveness of training course.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and prepare annual training programs, curricula, and training plans to support organizational development.

• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on training activities to ensure they are implemented effectively according to the training plan.

• Conduct and monitor pre-training and post-training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and training outcomes.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of training systems, processes, and learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.

• Maintain and administer training records, course documentation, and training databases in an accurate and systematic manner.

• Support the development of the Learning Resource Center and promote self-directed learning among employees.

• Maintain the internal trainer database, coordinate internal trainers, and support the identification and development of future trainers.

• Assist in developing employee competency development plans and learning roadmaps for short-term, and long-term development.

• Consult and support team members to ensure training objectives are achieved efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Development, or other related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in trainer (Soft skill), human resource development(HRD), training and development, learning and development (L&D), or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and engage others effectively.

• Experience as a master of ceremonies (MC), facilitator is preferred.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.
