The RGM Operations & Commercial Execution Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of pricing, promotions, product hierarchy, and commercial master data across business systems. The role acts as the operational backbone of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), supporting seamless promotion execution, data integrity, governance processes, and commercial decision making. The position also provides analytical support for Traditional Trade channels through competitor monitoring, financial reviews, and communication of key commercial changes.
Responsibilities
All Channels(Operations):
Promotion Management in Exceedra - Create, validate, activate, and adjust promotions in Exceedra to ensure accuracy in mechanics, budget, and timing.
SAP Interface & File Upload Management -Prepare, validate, and upload required Exceedra files for SAP interface to ensure seamless system integration and error‑free data flow.
SAP Master Data Maintenance - Maintain SAP data including NPD setup, pack‑size changes, price updates, and new material code creation to ensure complete and accurate master data.
DMO & PPG Structure Management - Create and map PPG codes for NPD and existing SKUs; ensure alignment of product hierarchies across systems.
Commercial Change Execution - Execute critical system updates such as promotion budget revisions, date corrections, and guardrail uploads (NPD, new listings).
TT (AS&D, WHS and MAKRO):
Competitor Pricing & PI Index Tracking - Monitor competitor pricing and PI Index trends and share insights with RGM and Sales for operational pricing decisions.
NRM Governance Support - Prepare data inputs, reports, and analyses for NRM Analytics Hub and Revenue Council governance processes.
Monthly Accrual Review - Partner with KAM and Control teams to review monthly promotion accruals and validate financial assumptions.
Communication of Key Category & Customer Changes - Summarize and distribute key PPG‑level and account‑level changes (pricing, promotions, listings) to relevant stakeholders.
Baseline & Shared Repository Maintenance - Update baselines in shared drives and maintain accurate price structure documents and commercial data repositories.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in FMCG, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, or related functions.
Fluent Communication in Thai and English
Experience with SAP and commercial planning systems (Exceedra preferred).
Strong Excel and data management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
Ability to work effectively with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing stakeholders.
Understanding of pricing, promotions, and commercial processes is an advantage.
