Design Supervisor

The main purpose of this new Senior beverage role is to drive the critical brand design work for Asia’s key PEPSI brands
Responsibilities: - Leverage global design & design thinking to help build greater affinity and awareness of our brands – accountable, alongside BU and sector leads.
- Lead design programmed as per Asia BU Design AOP.
- Illustrate and execute global best practice – award winning design – global and regional.
- Manage a team of junior designers and interns.
- Generate creative design proposals (sketches, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share with internal and external team members.
- Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements.
- Continue to strive for best practice design outcomes with marketing teams – act as active consultant and partner.
- Approval of final design outcomes and production sign off
- 7+ years of brand design experience on regional brands.
- Extraordinary design taste and ability to realise world class design solutions across multiple applications and comms platforms.
- Ability to clearly articulate and visualize their thinking to design and marketing partners, reporting to senior leaders across the function.
