- ANZ - admin the CME roles’ migration in ANZ (Australia part of the scope for full 3 years)
Accountabilities
Primary accountabilities include:
- Drive Process & Services migration enabling value through Global Capability Center (GCC)
- Identify, Define and design Commercial & Consumer GCC services for APAC markets leveraging Global service catalogue and design.
- Support transitions of Commercial & Consumer services to GCC.
- Support governance of GCC services post go live as needed.
- Support Change Management for Commercial & Consumer transitions working with Change Management Lead
- Build and Administer business case and Transformation migration business case and templates completion to capture and report VR
- Deliver Value Realization as part of APAC Next Chapter program and AOP Plan
Collective accountabilities include:
- Consumer – Creative Solutions, Insights, Media Solutions, A&M Management
- Commercial – DX, RGM, Routing
Leads’ Role charter:
- Partner with Global and Regional Functional design lead to map “As-is” and “To-be” processes and enablers required to transition services
- Support cross-functional E2E process design for GCC-BU
- Partner with Delivery team in designing organization required to deliver To-Be services
- Partner with APAC Change lead to co-create change plan, including HC impacts, aligning functional stakeholders
- Partner with markets team on confirming migration timelines basis of complexity, local requirements and hub readiness
- Drive & govern knowledge capture and transfer phase
- Ensure seamless transition of processes by robust hypercare phase (including wiring, ways of working changes) for function
- Support functional leader in functional transformation messaging in line with GCC value proposition
- 12-15 years of experience required
- Past experience to include Marketing Insights operating roles’ experience
- Experience of understanding of various CME processes
- Experience of working with senior cross-boundary stakeholders
