Spa Receptionist

Job Description

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle spa reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.

• Explain spa treatments, packages, and promotions.

• Coordinate appointments with spa therapists.

• Handle guest payments and maintain accurate records.

• Promote spa services to maximize revenue.

• Ensure the spa reception area is clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• Previous experience in spa reception, front office, or hospitality preferred.

• Good command of English and Thai.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude.

• Good computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.

• Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts.
