Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage mechanical, electrical, and energy systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Energy) across shopping centers and department stores under The Mall Group to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Develop strategies and policies for the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of engineering systems, including energy management systems, to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to engineering teams while providing guidance and support to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of engineering and energy systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable operations.
• Manage allocated budgets effectively and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Communicate policies and project plans from senior management to the team clearly and ensure smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of various projects.
• Identify and resolve issues related to M&E and energy systems by implementing appropriate solutions.

Job requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing M&E systems and energy management in large-scale buildings.
• Strong knowledge in the design, installation, maintenance, and improvement of engineering systems, including energy management systems.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing problems and making decisions to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Competency in using engineering software and related tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
