C&B Operation Management
•    Manage Compensation and Benefits tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of: Payroll, Compulsory insurance - other employee benefits and Personal income tax
•    Manage C&B and relevant reports to ensure they are prepared timely and accurately
•    Regularly review, update and administer C&B procedures and programs to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies
•    Update in time legal laws and regulations related to employee compensation & benefits to propose appropriate policies and action plans
•    Manage employees’ profiles and database to ensure adequate and accurate employees information/documents
•    Frequently review current processes of the team for continuous improvement
•    Handle questions/issues from employees related to C&B policies/payment
Additional Assignment 
•    Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed
•    Recommend, provide feedback & support C&B Manager in developing HR Action Plan
