Responsibilities

• Ensured compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental laws, regulations, company standards, and ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
• Planned and implemented safety initiatives, including safety campaigns, shop floor safety management, safe driving programs, and emergency response drills.
• Conducted occupational health and industrial hygiene risk assessments, and developed pre-employment and annual health check-up programs based on workplace health risks and health assessment results.
• Organized and conducted safety training programs, including mandatory safety certification training and contractor safety management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• GPA is not less than 2.70
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in occupational health and safety within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in the automotive industry or automotive parts manufacturing is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Thai Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act and related regulations.
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, including risk assessment, hazard identification, emergency response, and internal auditing.
• Good command of spoken and written English(TOEIC 450) .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Canva for presentation preparation.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
• Strong safety mindset with excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure, collaborate effectively as a team player, and coordinate well with cross-functional teams.
