As our SEA Wet Product Development Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth through innovation in wet pet food. Together, we'll shape the future of pet nutrition in Southeast Asia and contribute to Mars' ongoing success.

What You'll Do

As our SEA Wet Product Development Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:

Lead R&D for innovation and renovation projects – Develop wet pet food products that delight pets and meet consumer needs

Ensure compliance and consistency – Deliver products that meet Mars' quality, safety, and nutritional standards

Execute product development – Drive projects from kitchen prototypes to industrial scale-up and successful launch

Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

5–10 years in food manufacturing or R&D, ideally in wet food or meat processing

Strong in product development, scale-up, and technical problem-solving

Agile learner with excellent teamwork and communication abilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field
