• ควบคุมดูแลรับผิดชอบ บริหาร ดำเนินการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและเป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท.
• ควบคุม ติดตาม และตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพระบบจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท.
• ประเมินผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและจัดทำรายงาน EIA และเสนอแนะมาตรการเพื่อควบคุมสิ่งแวดล้อม.
• จัดเตรียมแผนการปฎิบัติงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและคู่มือสำหรับจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมรวมทั้งข้อเสนอแนะของหน่วยงานต่างๆ.
• จัดทำแผนปฎิบัติการในกรณีฉุกเฉินเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดมลพิษที่สามารถแพร่กระจายไปสู่สิ่งแวดล้อม ควบคุมการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแจ้งเหตุฉุกเฉินกับกรมโรงงาน โดยรายงานจะต้องระบุถึงปัญหาในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินซึ่งรวมถึงสาเหตุ วิธีการแก้ไข และผลการดำเนินงาน.
• ดำเนินการติดตาม ตรวจสอบผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อบุคลากรภายในโรงงานและบุคคลภายนอก.
• วางแผนดำเนินกิจกรรมร่วมระหว่างโรงงานกับชุมชนโดยรอบเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี.
• ขอรับรองและกระบวนการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI.
• การขอรับรองและต่อใบอนุญาตบุคลากรรับผิดชอบในโรงงานที่ต้องมีตามกฎหมาย.
• ปฎิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
