Web Administrator
atPricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd.- Operate, maintain and enhance the websites of PwC Thailand, PwC Cambodia and PwC Laos by producing and improving design and interactive features
- Ensure the coding standards are met; and that those of backup and maintenance of the websites
- Carry design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the PwC brand guidelines and visual standards
- Create ideas and layout of electronic materials for website and social media such as banners, e-Wallpaper, flashes , onscreen presentation PowerPoint templates, and signage, etc.
- Manage effective web contents and create landing page
- Provide web and design advice and solutions upon following internal enquiries enquiries in the firm
- Update design templates, data backup and filing of design team
- Assist the team to deliver brand and design projects
- Design and layout of thought leadership articles, service brochures and any printed items upon requests
- Search brand-compliant images for external and internal branding materials
- Liaise directly with end users, management teams and partners on their projects directly to set out requirements while reporting under the Brand and Communications team
- years' experience working in web administration, web design and/or graphic design
- Bachelor's dDegree in any field can usinge Visual Design, or equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions is are required
- Technical skills in graphic artwork and design production: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, FreeHand and Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat Professional; experience in both print and digital media, HTML is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, web services, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and user-friendly interface development/design
- Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Word, PowerPoint and all design-related software is preferable
- Understanding of content management system development (including themes, modules, integrations, etc.)
- Good command of English
- Proactive, creative, and can think outside of the box
- Ability to meet tight deadlines. Good organisational and planning skills
- Familiar with the corporate environment and working process is a plus
- Ability to manage and lead projects that involve different stakeholders
