ตำแหน่ง Manager ในคลังสินค้ามีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนและบริหารจัดการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของคลังสินค้าราบรื่น มีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองความต้องการทางธุรกิจได้อย่างเต็มที่ โดยหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลักๆ ดังนี้
1. การบริหารจัดการทีมงาน
2. การพัฒนาทีมและฝึกอบรมการใช้งานนระบบสารสนเทศ
3. ให้คำปรึกษาระบบ IT ในคลังสินค้า เช่น บริหารจัดการระบบเครือข่าย, อุปกรณ์ IT, และซอฟต์แวร์ที่ใช้ในคลังสินค้า เช่น WMS (Warehouse Management System)
4. การแก้ไขปัญหาและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน
5. การบำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงระบบ
6. จัดการความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลและระบบ
7. รายงานและประสานงานกับผู้บริหาร
