Job Function:

Job Description:

• Analyze requirements/components and design test cases and test scripts.
• Create test cases, detailed test steps, and prepare test data.
• Maintain and review test cases.
• Coordinate with the development team, BA(s) and PM to prepare the SIT environment and ensure readiness before testing starts.
• Execute SIT test cases and record test results.
• Detect, report and log defects in JIRA.
• Analyze defects and provide feedback to the development team for fixes.
• Track defects to closure and produce test/defect status reports.
• Perform UAT and create user manual and any document needed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Computer or any related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Software testing, particularly in life or general insurance.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts, conducting SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Skill in JIRA and able to produce Test Progress and Test Summary reports using PivotTables and/or Power BI.
• Understands SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Able to work onsite 100%.
• Able to communicate in Thai fluently (no English required).
