Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Management Specialist to join our Rider Platform Business team. As a Strategic Partnership Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our platform by forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the transportation industry. You will play a critical role in expanding our network of partners, optimizing existing partnerships, and driving initiatives that enhance the value proposition of our platform for riders and transportation providers alike.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including ride-hailing companies, public transit agencies, technology vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  2. Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with our business objectives, focusing on acquiring new partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and driving collaboration opportunities.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and managing ongoing communication and collaboration.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions, ensuring alignment of goals, terms, and expectations to drive mutual value and success.
  6. Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  7. Identify opportunities to optimize partnership processes, streamline operations, and improve efficiency in partnership management.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness, cultivate new partnership prospects, and strengthen existing relationships.
  10. Continuously assess partnership landscape and proactively identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities, developing contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic partnership management within the transportation, mobility, or technology industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, able to derive actionable insights from partnership performance metrics.
  • High level of initiative, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, partnership development, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with transportation and mobility ecosystem, including ride-hailing, bike-sharing, and public transit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
