บำรุงราษฎร์เป็นองค์กรที่มีคุณภาพมาโดยตลอด ค่าตอบแทนจัดว่าอยู่ในองค์กรที่ดีที่สุดของประเทศ ทั้งในด้านระบบการทำงาน ค่าตอบแทน และจริยธรรม คุณธรรมที่มีต่อผู้รับบริการ แต่ ช่วงปี 58 เป็นต้นมา ไม่แน่ใจว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับโรงพยาบาล เด็กอุปถัมภ์เต็มไปหมด การมีพรรคพวก ทำให้เวลาเกิดปัญหา ไม่เคยมีการรายงาน หรือ บางครั้ง รายงานไปก็ ผู้บริหารก็มองข้ามปัญหานั้น คุณภาพชีวิตพนักงานถดถอยลงเรื่อยๆ การดูแลผู้ป่วยเช่นกัน
