Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Propose TTS-T products and system integration solutions based on customer requirements.
- Drive projects and sales to meet company and personal budget targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions to customers.
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs while maintaining a win-win strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of managing projects and budgets.
- Strong IT background and understanding of IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
