Project Development Executive (Insurtech)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to lead the development and expansion of embedded insurance solutions across new distribution channels, including insurtech platforms, digital ecosystems, and affinity partnerships. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive product innovation aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Partnerships

• Enhance embedded insurance offerings through new distribution channels such as insurtech, digital platforms, and affinity partners.

• Explore and analyze innovative products and business models from regional business partners.

• Initiate product development based on partner requests, ensuring feasibility and alignment with company benefits.

• Project Management

• Drive end-to-end execution of insurance projects from proposal to go-live

• Improve products and user experience continuously to maximize benefits for all stakeholders

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of performance reports to stakeholders such as Premium and claim declaration

• Provide written and verbal report to internal Managements and Regional Headquarter in Singapore

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Partnership Management, Product Development, or related functions.

• Experience in the insurance, financial services, fintech, insurtech, or digital platform industry will be an advantage.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and post-launch.

• Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting concepts, claims processes, or insurance operations.

• Strong business development and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and recommend solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
