QA Specialist for Automation and Performance Project

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting Engineer to build a good mindset and practice on automation testing (API, Web, Mobile)
• Developing a test automation strategy both functional and non-functional
• Developing and maintenance test management tools for support QA process and activity
• Setting up and maintaining the automation testing framework
• Build automation in CI/CD deployments on a Openshift platform on a multi-cloud infrastructure
• Research new automation framework, test tools, practices and test strategy to improve QA efficiency
• Work in an agile environment to deliver quality of features and technologies across various aspects of the Java stack, primarily focused on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• An understanding of DevOps, and is interested in expanding beyond their test automation expertise to help the company grow into DevOps processes.
• Work with cloud-native architectures, and implementations of micro-service architecture
• Skill up QA member to be a technical QA specialist Skills:
• Experience in leading and supporting a 3+ team of automation testers
• Experience in overall hands-on in test automation engineering with 5+ years
• Experience in building test automation framework for mobile
• Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks or libraries using technologies such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Cypress etc.
• Experience practices like Test Driven Development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD)
• Experience in coding such as Python, Java, Ruby etc.
• Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging
• Experience in creating manual tests and implementing automated tests that verify functional and non-functional
• Hands-on experience with creating, configuring and Integrating test automation scripts into CI/CD
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
