Digital Lending Business Development Manager

Job Description

Design and understand end-to-end process of product management as a product owner (unsecured product)

Promote adoption through digital innovation and solution to fit with customers

Monitor and analyze the data and trend of products and services in order to enhance and optimize the product image and maximize product profitability

Manage related parties to support and meet target financial/ non-financial goals including fulfillment of customer expectation and all regulatio concerns

Conduct analysis of portfolio in terms of acquisition and portfolio performance to identify program with increased revenue potential and limited loss

Work closely with Risk management and Agile development team to create business opportunity and deliver new financial scheme to the market

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.

Experience in Lending Product from Banking or any Financial Institution is advantage

Good team player with a decent attitude toward hard working

Good Communication and Presentation Skills

Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word.

Digital Lending Process Manager

Job Description

Responsible for designing, development and implementing all credit process to ensure excellent customer experiences

Manage and conduct E2E process improvement projects to resolves business problem for SME/Consumer segment

Ensure process re-design, compliance with regulatory requirements and market convention

Preparing and handling communication & training materials and be a trainer to train end users for new & improved process

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.

Experience in Lending Product from Banking or any Financial Institution is advantage
