TrueMoney is a leading regional payment platform for digital consumers in Southeast Asia across 6 countries: Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. We serve over 30 million people through our e-wallet app and network of 50,000 agents.

The Customer Experience product team leads customer-focused initiatives for TrueMoney's mobile e-wallet and engages with other product managers to represent the interests of our customers during product development.

We are seeking a CX Product Manager who is passionate about mobile customer experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences and building positive relationships with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

Apply quantitative and qualitative insights to identify customer experience opportunities and problem areas.

Use product analytics, customer research, usability studies, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

Translate CX opportunities into high-quality product requirements in collaboration with design and development teams.

Work closely with product managers and UX designers to apply UX best practices to mobile product development.

Develop a deep understanding of our customers, using various tools and methods, by continually gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

Act as the voice of the customer when interacting with stakeholders and partners.

Research competitive offerings across the region in order to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers.

Partner with the product and engineering teams to develop features and see them to smooth launch.

Define, monitor and communicate CX success metrics

Qualifications

Experience working as a product manager delivering customer-centric products. You are devoted to customer-first thinking.

Proven track-record of shipping high-quality digital mobile products that drive business results.

Able to translate your knowledge and experience into user stories and detailed requirements.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong personal presence. You can communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

Able to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of situations.

Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making in product development.

Passionate about mobile user experience with an obsessive attention to detail.
