A Business Development Operations works within TrueMoney's Retail Payment domain and with the company's operational functions to develop and oversee end-to-end workflows of the following key areas:

• Merchant Onboarding
• Payment and settlement workflows
• Escalation processes
• Documentation and reporting support
• Time-to-launch for merchant onboarding
• Project-based objectives
• Collaborate with team BD to execute business operations
• Check TrueMoney visibility signage status in each of the partners
• Work with Merchant Operations team, Call Center team, Financial team, and team related for serving our merchant's operation requirementsSkills:

• Capacity to identify and keep up to date on relevant technologies
• Hands-on mentality with a get-it-done attitude
• Recognizes own strengths and weaknesses
• Collaborative, with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Know how to write SQL is a plusQualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields.
• At least 2-3 year experience in an operational or process-oriented role
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in E-Commerce or fin-tech a big plus
• Experience and passion for financial technology
