- ออกแบบ Process และ Flow การผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประเมินกำลังคน และเครื่องจักรให้สอดคล้องกับการผลิตที่เพียงพอ และเหมาะสม
- ปรับปรุง Process การผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ส่วนอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 30-38 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาอุตสาหการ
- มีประสบการณ์ เคยวางระบบ Process การผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารจัดการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ กระตือรือร้น และตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีระเบียบวินัย
- เปิดใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา
