1)ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ อย่างสุภาพ อ่อนน้อม และเป็นมิตร

2)แปลคำสั่งหรือความต้องการพิเศษของลูกค้าชาวจีน ให้แก่ทีมงานส่วนครัวและส่วนบริการได้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง

3)แนะนำเมนูอาหารเครื่องดื่ม หรือโปรโมชั่นของทางร้านเป็นภาษาจีน ได้อย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นยอดขาย

4.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
