Job Description:

• Participate in ASP Academy's training program covering: Investment products (mutual funds, equities, fixed income, structured products, insurance, etc.), Portfolio construction and model portfolio management, financial planning fundamentals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Conduct clients need analysis and recommend suitable investment solutions

• Utilize portfolio management tools to strategically manage asset allocation and maximize returns

• Leverage digital tools and platforms to acquire, engage, and manage potential clients

• Support portfolio monitoring and provide regular performance updates to clients

• Work closely with mentors and senior executives to develop professional advisory skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Investment Consultant or Relationship Manager, with a strong interest in investments and financial markets

• Digital-savvy and comfortable using online tools and social media for client engagement

• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented

• IC Complex1 License holder is a MUST

• Possession of Investment Planner License (IP License) is an advantage
