Business Service Officer
atSHL Corp Co., Ltd.เพื่อดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์และบริหารจัดการงานด้านบริการธุรกิจได้แก่ การบริหารอาคารสถานที่ การบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุง การบริหารโครงการ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
- ออกแบบกระบวนการจัดการ ระบบงานอาคารสถานที่ (Work Instruction) ทั้งหมดในกลุ่มทรัพย์สถาพร
- วางแผนตารางการตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุงอาคารสถานที่ รายการระบบต่างๆ ในอาคาร รวมถึงป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น
- ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ภายนอกในการซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษาตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ดูแล ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับอาคารสถานที่ กับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งผู้เช่า, บริษัท และ ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ ในการจัดทำงบประมาณ จัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง รวมถึงงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำและสรุปผลรายงานตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ดูแล ควบคุมและจัดทำรายงานผลความคืบหน้าของโครงการต่างๆ
- ปริญญาตรี ด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ สถาปัตยกรรม วิศวกรรมโยธาหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ในการจัดจ้างโครงการวิศวกรรม
- มีความสามารถในการจัดทำรายงานและการจัดทำเอกสารตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารลำดับความสำคัญของงานและการบริหารโครงการ
