Job Summary

Responsible for developing new sourcing models and business opportunities to secure recyclable materials, particularly recovered paper. Build partnerships with corporate clients by delivering recycling solutions that create both business value and ESG impact through Circular Economy initiatives.

Job Description

• Develop new sourcing models and approaches to identify, access, and secure recovered paper and other recyclable materials.
• Identify, approach, and engage target corporate clients in line with the company's recyclable material sourcing strategy.
• Present recycling and material collection solutions that demonstrate clear business benefits and ESG value to prospective partners.
• Build and maintain partnerships across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels to achieve recyclable material sourcing targets.
• Plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives in collaboration with relevant internal teams to promote recycling services.
• Develop ESG and Circular Economy collaboration campaigns, including co-branding initiatives with corporate partners, brand owners, and industrial companies.
• Understand client needs and develop integrated recycling solutions that support both customer objectives and SCGP's recycling business.
• Study, develop, and support new recycling-related projects and business opportunities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Marketing, Business Administration, Branding, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related fields would be an advantage (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30).
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, recyclable material sourcing, branding, or communication.
• Knowledge or interest in B2B/B2B2C/B2C client acquisition and engagement, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop client-centric solutions.
• Knowledge of marketing communication, branding, ESG, Circular Economy, recycling, or recyclable material sourcing would be an advantage.
• Strong business development, presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple functions and external partners.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok).
