Key Responsibilities (หน้าที่งาน)
- ควบคุมเอกสารวิศวกรรม หรือ เอกสารโครงการให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- บริหารการรับ-ส่งเอกสารระหว่างลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมา และทีมงาน
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของเอกสารให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- ดูแลระบบจัดเก็บเอกสารให้สามารถค้นหาและตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและการส่งมอบโครงการ
Qualifications (คุณสมบัติ)
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาใดก็ได้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมเอกสาร งานธุรการโครงการ หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีทักษะการจัดการเอกสารและข้อมูล และใช้งาน Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- หากใช้งานระบบ Conzol ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีความเป็นระเบียบรอบคอบ และตรงต่อเวลา สามารถส่งมอบงานได้ตรงกำหนดเวลา
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานและเวลางาน และสามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- มีใบขับขี่และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- มี Entrepreneurship และมีความเข้าใจลำดับความสำคัญของงานที่มีผลกระทบต่องานโดยรวม
- มีความเข้าใจความเร่งด่วนและความสำคัญ สามารถจัดลำดับงานได้
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นภายใต้แรงกดดัน และสามารถปรับตัวในการทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลภายนอกได้
