Corporate Finance Specialist

atSC Asset Corporation PLC.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities
  • Analyze value and returns
  • Oversight of transaction due diligence
  • Manage relationships with banks and other stakeholders regarding financial requirements
  • Develop and manage financial models for feasibility studies
  • Design and develop financial reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the same industry or corporate finance experience in leading consulting firms or investment banks covering the same industry/investment banking
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Results-oriented and organized. Efficiently prioritize and multitask to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
