It is the job of a Compliance Specialist to review a company’s business practices to ensure that they are following pertinent regulations of SEC and SET as well as preparing the information for disclosures and related regulatory filings in accordance with laws and regulations of SEC and SET.
For this position, the Compliance Specialist must arrange the Board of Director’s meetings and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which must clearly know law of public company and regulations in the area of Scurrility and Exchange Act., Anti-corruption Act.
Resolve Compliance Issues
Drafting the policy and suggestion to Board of Directors to comply with the new laws or regulations of SEC and SET. In instances where an organization is not in compliance with a regulation or set of regulations, a Compliance Specialist must identify what an organization needs to do to come into compliance. In addition, a Compliance Specialist is charged with creating a plan to implement any needed change.
Stay Abreast of Regulatory Changes
Regulations are added, removed and changed, as such Compliance Specialists must stay up to date with any regulatory action relevant to their industry niche.
Qualifications :
- Males or Female, Thai nationality
- Age not over than 45 years’ old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws or related fields
- Good command in English (especially in writing)
- At least 4 years of working experience in respect to Compliance Department in a listed company
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and high aptitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Service-minded, positive thinking, self-motivated and able to handle pressure and dynamic working environment
