Senior Human Resources Officer
atMajor Cineplex Group Plc.- To manage and handle all HR process and company policy such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation and development plan of employee
- Reviewing HR processes and company policy.
- Managing recruitment and selection processes.
- Responsible for compensation, benefits & payroll administration.
- Handling employee relations program.
- Executing training and development in the organization.
- Performing any other HR tasks as assigned.
- Male/Female age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field
- At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good HR Skills with Lao Labor law knowledge
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Lao.
