Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize new food recipes and menu items specifically designed for the QSR market segment under the Five Star brand. Conduct thorough research on food trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform product development and improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure product feasibility and market readiness. Lead laboratory and kitchen testing to validate product formulations, shelf life, and sensory attributes. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and corporate quality standards throughout the development process. Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance product performance, cost efficiency, and scalability for large-scale production and distribution. Document and present research findings, development processes, and performance outcomes to key stakeholders.
