Software Consultant Lead

Swift Dynamics is seeking a high-accountability Software Consultant Lead to drive our Business Consultancy and Implementation services in Project and Construction Management, Maintenance Management, IoT, and AI.

Responsibilities:

Lead Key Projects & Implementation:

Take ownership of complex client projects—execute end-to-end system implementation, setup, configuration, data migration, and high-impact training workshops.

Guide and Mentor the Team:

Act as the lead Software Consultant for the team. Share best practices, assist with tough project challenges, and help keep team deliverables on track.

Client Relationship & Communication:

Serve as a trusted, primary point of contact for clients; handle inquiries, follow-ups, and support services with a high degree of accountability, professionalism, and dedication to maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Proposal & Scope Management:

Develop clear project proposals, defining project scope, timelines, pricing, and technical requirements.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with the PO, QA testers, and development teams to deliver effective solutions on time.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Work closely with the development team, Product Owner, and management team to enhance system functionality and align with business goals.

Pre-Sales:

Contact new clients, provide comprehensive presentations, conduct product demonstrations, gather business insights, and perform client requirements analysis.

🔎Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or related field.

8+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Maintenance Management, IoT, and AI.

Strong sense of ownership, high accountability, and ability to work well under pressure.

Proven ability to build trust and maintain high satisfaction with clients.

Proven ability to guide, support, and share knowledge with team members.

Experience in CMMS/PMMS platform experience, MS Project, or BIM 360 is highly preferable.

Advanced English skills (both written and verbal).

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Able and willing to travel for client site visits as needed.
