• Engage with enterprise clients to analyze and understand business and user requirements.
• Work closely with a cross-functional Agile product development team to represent customer needs and participate in business-related processes.
• Lead Agile software development activities by planning, managing, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to create user stories and user journeys that accurately reflect customer and end-user needs.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including planning priorities and allocating resources.
• Lead design sprints to validate ideas and accelerate product development.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations.
• Define, monitor, and track product success metrics (KPIs) to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent business presentation, market planning, and content planning/creation (writing and composition) skills.
• Basic knowledge in agile software development process is required.
• Basic knowledge in Programing Languages; React, Python is advantage.
• Candidates without a software-related degree must have relevant experience in the software industry or have completed additional studies in software-related fields.
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
• Able to work well under pressure and high responsibilities.
• Eager to learn more about new technologies, gadgets, and in-depth product/brand Knowledge.
