Senior Associate, Regional Brand Campaigns Operations (Chinese Speaking)

About the Team


The Regional Brand Campaigns Operations team supports LazMall brands in accelerating buyer and sales growth through the design and management of various Campaigns such as Super Brand Day, Super New Arrival and Super Brand Opening. Our team of Campaign Managers & Operations Associates help brands achieve their campaign goals through campaign management, preparation and execution of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy and take lead on end to end management of brand campaigns with the goal to increase brand campaign awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and establish frameworks, guidelines, processes, and templates to ensure timely and effective brand campaign planning and execution by local teams, adapting them as needed to fit specific brand requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, graphic design, and integrated marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure strategic alignment across markets.
  • Experience and manage campaigns to achieve target.
  • Review and analyze campaign performance to continually optimize and improve brand campaign planning and execution processes as well as identify key learnings and share best practices.
  • Act as the key liaison between business and product teams to ensure clear communication of local business needs and priorities, facilitating alignment across markets.
  • Oversee and coordinate the resolution of system-related issues by identifying potential operational blockers early and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign operations or similar roles, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable, independent, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Strong team player who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Data analysis: ability to collect and interpret data, providing insights to support campaign performance

  • Good writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
