A Day in the Life
As a Category Activation Manager in our Consumer Products Division (CPD), you'll report to the Category Development and Activation Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our brands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams like KAMs, Shopper Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, you'll ensure our category and brand strategies come to life across all retail channels.
Here's what you'll do:
- GTM Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with category goals, brand ambitions, and channel dynamics. Differentiate strategies by retailer and track sell-out and market share targets.
- GTM Activation: Define assortment plans, promotional strategies, and in-store activations in collaboration with Shopper Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Retailer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with retailers and work with KAMs to present GTM strategies and drive commercial action.
- Category Growth: Ensure activation plans are balanced across banners to meet both category and brand objectives.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Excel in Stakeholder Management and Business Relationship Management.
- Have expertise in Data-Driven Decision Making, Category Growth Management, and Assortment Optimization.
- Are fluent in Thai and English and hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bring a strong vision for category development and activation.
