- ออกแบบระบบในระดับ High -level และ Detail เช่น Process Flow,System Flow
- จัดทำเอกสาร BRD / SRS / FS, Data Dictionary
- ประสานงานระหว่าง : Business User, Developer, Tester
- ให้คำปรึกษาในการออกแบบระบบให้เหมาะสม
- Review และ Validate Requirement ให้ถูกต้อง
- สนับสนุนทีมทดสอบ [ (UAT/SIT)
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ (Issue / Bug Analysis)
