Job Description

• Maintenance and upgrades: Perform regular maintenance, install updates, and plan for network upgrades to optimal performance and security.
• Performance monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance, analyze data, and adjust prevent bottlenecks.
• Security management: Implement and manage security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus software, and VPNs, to protect networks from unauthorized access and threats.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware/software problems for end-users and the entire network.
• Backup and recovery: Data backup and recovery processes to prevent data loss.
• User support: Manage user accounts, permissions, and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail imperative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
• Good understanding and operation experience of Network devices such as Firewall, Network Switch, WIFI and router.
• Good knowledge of Window OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and other windows-based middleware.
• Having IT security knowledge includes understanding the practice of safeguarding hardware, software, and data to protect against threats, damage, and unauthorized access.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer is preferred
• Good understanding and operation experience of server and storage
