• ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ (Operation/Mass level) เช่น พนักงานบริการในสถานีบริการน้ำมัน.
• จัดการการสรรหาหลายตำแหน่งพร้อมกันในหลายพื้นที่ทั่วประเทศ.
• วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การสรรหาเชิงรุก เช่น การจัด Job Fair, Walk-in Interview, ประสานกับสถาบันการศึกษา หรือหน่วยงานจัดหางาน.
• ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และประเมินผู้สมัครอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• บริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัคร และรายงานผลการสรรหาให้กับผู้จัดการสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม HR และ Line Manager เพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการและเร่งรัดกระบวนการสรรหาให้ทันตามแผน.
• ปฏิบัติงานในออฟฟิศทุกวัน.
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Recruiter อย่างน้อย 3 ปี โดยเฉพาะการสรรหาแบบ Mass Hiring.
• เคยรับผิดชอบการสรรหาพนักงานปฏิบัติการจำนวนมากในหลายสาขา.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถจัดการงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี.
• มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือสรรหาทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ เช่น Job Board, Social Media, Walk-in, Outsource เป็นต้น.
• ทำงานเชิงรุก มีวินัย และสามารถบริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี.
